Every price on this page is in US dollars. Your card is charged in USD wherever you are; your bank converts it at its own rate.
FAQ
What counts as an "employee"?
Each employee on your team fills one paid slot. You, the owner, are never counted or billed.
What happens when my team grows or shrinks?
You're always in control: you add or remove employee slots yourself, and your bill only changes when you do, never automatically. Your $15/mo minimum covers your first 5 slots, and you never pay more than $150/mo.
What if I have more than 50 people?
A workspace holds up to 50 people. That is the limit, not just the price: at 50 the next invite is refused. $150 is simply 50 × $3, so a full workspace is the most you can ever pay.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. The workspace becomes read-only: everybody can still open it, your team can still see their shifts, and you can still download everything. What stops is publishing, editing and generating new weeks. Turn payment back on and it all picks up where it was.
Somebody leaves halfway through the month. What then?
Their place stays open and you keep paying for it until you remove it, which takes one tap. We never change your bill on your behalf. Below 5 people you are on the $15 minimum, so removing a place there does not lower it.
What happens when the beta ends?
Nothing is charged during the beta. When it ends, payment switches on at the published price, $3 a month per slot with the same minimum and cap, and you will be told before your first bill. Nothing you built changes, and nothing is charged for the beta itself.
Does a stand-in with no login use a slot?
Yes. A stand-in is a person on your rota with no login, added by you and scheduled like anyone else, and they fill one slot exactly as an employee with an account does. Turning a stand-in into a real employee by inviting them keeps the same slot.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet, on purpose. While Vantij is this new, monthly with no lock-in is the better deal for you: you can leave the month it stops earning its place. When annual pricing arrives it will be a discount on this same price, not a different plan with different features.
Do I get a receipt or an invoice?
A receipt by email for every payment, and every invoice listed on your billing page to open or download whenever you need it. Until online payment is live there is nothing to receipt, and the billing page says so.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase). See our privacy policy for details.
